Returns

At ProtoPlant's discretion, returns and replacements will be accepted within 90 days of purchase.  Please check the material label before opening your product.  Only sealed product can be returned. Shipping of items for exchange or refund is paid by the customer. Unique and fabulous filaments

I’ve been getting samples, it’s a great way to decide which spools I need. Filaments have come a long way and there are now so many hues and textures, it’s worth doing a little research. Protopasta is one of the few vendors that offers loads of 50g samples. I pretty much skip suppliers that don’t do this, I’ve got too many 950 gram spools sitting around that weren’t what I expected.
