In general, we expect an exceptional experience with our exceptional product, but everything is not always perfect. Purchase with confidence knowing we'll do what we can to make things right!

Purchasing & Fulfillment:

All orders require pre-payment unless otherwise arranged and orders already in transit can not be cancelled or modified. Protoplant makes a best effort to maintain stock and fulfill orders as they are placed.  In stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days.  Delivery depends on method and location.

Free shipping is not free and timing depends on shipping method. More about free shipping.

We ship worldwide, but depending on your local government rules, additional TAXES, DUTIES, and IMPORT FEES are likely required to receive your shipment. It's up to you to understand and pay these additional costs. More about international shipping.

If your shipment timing is critical, please contact us before placing your order to ensure your timing can be met.

Larger orders may take 1-2 weeks to fulfill in addition to transit time of chosen method. If shipping seems too be taking too long, please contact us. Know that you can cancel your order at any time before shipment, but not after shipment.


Returns and replacements are accepted within 90 days of delivery.

Rarely is our product defective, so if you have trouble printing, please contact us so we can help you. Protoplant does not warrant compatibility with any specific hardware, though our filament should work on most machines, and we will do our best to support you in making the filament work on your machine.

Contact us before shipping any returns and include a paper copy of our communication as reference when returning items. Refunds and replacements are not typically made until returned product is received, so it's important we know what we are receiving.

Sometimes we ship the wrong item. We apologize. Please check the material label when receiving and before opening. Protoplant will pay shipping to return and/or replace product with manufacturing defects or not matching your order.

If opened and in general, please contact us to determine whether a return is possible. 


Your information will not be shared with others.  We will only use it internally to inform you about our products and special offers.  Please contact us with any questions or concerns.


Protoplant agrees to provide commercial-grade 3D printer filament.  PROTOPLANT DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  Customer acknowledges that Protoplant’s employees, agents and representatives have no authority to give any such warranties on behalf of Protoplant.

Customer shall indemnify, hold harmless and defend Protoplant, its officers, employees, agents, independent contractors, and assignees, against any and all claims, suits, losses, damages, costs, fees and expenses resulting from or arising out of this product including but not limited to, any damages, losses or liabilities whatsoever with respect to death or injury to any person and damage to any property arising from the possession, use or operation of the product.
