We provide a number of domestic shipping options within the United States via UPS, including free shipping on orders of $50 or more. We also provide international shipping via DHL Express.

Returns

At ProtoPlant's discretion, returns and replacements will be accepted within 90 days of purchase.  Please check the material label before opening your product.  Only sealed product can be returned. Shipping of items for exchange or refund is paid by the customer. I recommend this product

Almost like cheating

ProtoPasta HTPLA prints so beautifully, it is almost like cheating. Consistent, high quality, and easy to get great prints. The Obsidian is a a unique color/ sparkle combination that minimizes print lines and looks awesome. I have a project that requires heat treating, but these guys provide guidance on print parameters to accommodate sizes changes. That’s very helpful.

Excellent

Great filament. Color is amazing and prints easily. Very strong and temperature resistant as advertised once it is heat treated. I’m still getting aquatinted with the heat treating process and the scaling ratios but it is an excellent product.
