Endless PLA #19 (June 2022) - Recycled PLA Summer Pastel Colors

3 years of Endless PLA! Let’s celebrate and embrace what we’ve created together!!!

Endless PLA is all about new, unique colors and Protopasta Recycled PLA takes that to another level. This month we bring 3 unique Recycled PLA colors (above) to the subscription and 5 more to the shelf (below). We hope you enjoy the variety and embrace the rainbow!

The 3 colors you’re receiving are unlike anything we’ve made before. They are tropical, pastel colors that we hope you’ll find pleasing. It was a joy to cook up these cool colors just for you! In case you missed a preview of the process, check it out our TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZTd3Ak7c3/?k=1

In making this 3rd anniversary delivery extra special, we want to recognize subscribers who’ve been with us since the beginning (you know who you are). A special thanks for sticking with us! Thanks also to ALL our Endless PLA subscribers!

We can’t wait to see what you print! Take care and enjoy the pasta!!!

Some 3D printer hardware is more finicky than others, but most machines perform well with 2-4 cu mm/s or more volume flow rate. A Bondtech heatbreak moves the PTFE junction farther away from the hotend for less finicky printing on the Prusa Mini. For Prusa MKs with stock heatbreak, swapping to e3d v6, lite6, or revo components or slice engineering hotend can reduce hang-ups.

All 3D printers can benefit from a calibrated first layer that is not too close to the build platform. Leaving enough room for material to come out without restriction, yet still close enough to stick, is key for more trouble-free printing.
