While not a review of this filament, Melissa was upset I suggested filament with air in the bag should print fine when she emailed to ask for a replacement. She informed me that she is specifically shopping for filament where there is no air in the bags, has tried many brands that have air, and chose ours because it did not have air until now. She did not appreciate when I suggested this was neither necessary nor practical to expect not air and that she will be disappointed if expecting no air. To set an expectation I felt we could meet, I shared that some bags will have air, that she can request bags without air in the order notes, and that still we can't guarantee that they do not fill with air when shipping. I suggested that if she finds that filament with or without air in the bag is problematic to print that she email support@protoplant.com for assistance. I understand she was trying to prevent a problem before there was one. It would have been much less work for us to replace her material whenever she received bags with air, but I was trying to do the right thing by setting realistic expectations.
